- Athlete’s often are lacking skills and abilities OUTSIDE of field based work.
- These “weaknesses” can be easily counteracted with little training “pills” that may only take 10-15 min & can be worked in small focus groups.
- CYCLING might be one of the most underused training methods in running based sports – easy 20 min recovery or quick
- Training & improving the basics is ALWAYS a good idea – even if it takes 4 weeks of the same exercise for the same loading scheme.
