As a coach, sport scientist, exercise prescription expert, or strength and conditioning specialist, we are more LOAD MANAGERS than anything else – know when to PUSH and when to PULL back!

LEARN about the individual FIRST, and then FIGURE OUT their overall “LOAD” in life – because if there is anything outside of their sport or occupation, you will find different INDIVIDUAL needs.

Use technology as a “window” into what is happening, but do NOT allow it to become the coach. YOU need to to coach from within YOURSELF, and remember that everything else is simply a tool.
