  1. While strength and endurance are obviously key in hybrid sports, you have to remember about MOBILITY. Yes, not necessarily “flexibility”, but active ability to move through large ranges of motion under various loads. 

  2. Of course, working on strengths and weaknesses is always a good choice, especially when you are a HYBRID athlete with HEAPS of movements to work on. Yet, remember that your athletes need to be EXCITED about the training too!
