  1. Make sure that you have MULTIPLE variables for a complete testing system. You cannot just rely on one parameters, neither one type of data (e.g. heart rate). Mix it in with e.g. some qualitative data, so that you are not necessarily reliant on technology all the time. 

  2. These “subjective” measures can greatly COMPLEMENT objective data. Yet, as above, by themselves they might lack as well. Mix it up!
