Show Notes

  1. Problem-solving, and the focus on the problem -> solution process, can be learned and trained. While you might often scramble to solve something FAST, it is better for you to build these frameworks slowly, and apply minimal adjustments over time.

  2. Although DATA is like EVERYWHERE, especially in sports science, it is still useless without CONTEXT and CRITICAL thinking. Does that HRV make sense by itself? Do I KNOW ENOUGH by myself to interpret my fitness data, OR, should I work with someone who has a better understanding of the matter? All of these questions are extremely important!
