- Your muscle-tendon-unit sits between two bones, and you probably have IGNORED so far the CONNECTIVE tissues inside that whole unit. This includes the various types of FASCIA within the muscles itself – make sure to train that too!
- Depending on where you are as an athlete, you might need more or less strength training, you might need more intense or less intense strength training, you might need different types of loading or muscle actions that you should focus on. There is no generalised “sport specific” strength training.
