Make sure to look after your health first – we do say that a lot, but there are heaps of FITNESS outputs you can gain by making sure you are NOT just all performance. Even maybe running a 5k without ever training for it.

Eat an avocado or two sometimes (or different types of nutritious fats) – it is good for you ;).

When you are trying to run in the MOUNTAINS, remember that there are ups AND DOWNS! You need to prepare for those with smart training tactics.
