  1. People are more complex than our understanding of their actions. It is good to catch all types of discourses, disagreements, as well as other issues as early as possible – so MANAGE your team accordingly, so that SILOS, talking behind the back etc. does not develop at all.
  2. Culture is not simple either – sometimes you can’t just throw “hip” and “modern” methods at a whole established team. Plus, the more often you can step back and look at the big picture of your company/team, you will make better small decisions along the way.
  3. You are likely still not understanding (and massively underestimating) how bad using third party communication apps is for the safety of your sensible athlete data tongue-out
