  2. These “weaknesses” can be easily counteracted with little training “pills” that may only take 10-15 min & can be worked in small focus groups.
  3. CYCLING might be one of the most underused training methods in running based sports – easy 20 min recovery or quick
  4. Training & improving the basics is ALWAYS a good idea – even if it takes 4 weeks of the same exercise for the same loading scheme.
