In Brazil, where I come from, there is an enormous demand for cycling coaching services, but relatively few coaches. This context enabled me to find my niche straight after finishing my degree in sports science. As a mountain biking coach since 2010, I have always been interested in exercise intensity prescription, training optimisation, and the methodological aspects of it.
