- YOUR priorities are rarely the ones of the players or the club. Particularly, if you just arrived in a new country and culture. Try to get to know everyone and what THEY really need right now.
- Sometimes players NEED to just keep using what they BELIEVE is helping them – even if all evidence goes against it. That does not mean you want to completely give up. If there are absolute no-goes from your side, try building a conversation with the player about WHY they are using it.
