Show Notes

  1. Remember: HIGH intensity (like ALL intensities) has a RANGE. It is not simply “all-out” – it never has been! It is completely fine to repeat your intervals at “high intensity” just at the borders of some of the upper zones.

  2. AND if you are wanting MORE: even the “highest” intensities have a range. Even here at HIIT Science we rarely prescribe or recommend using “MAXIMAL” intervals – DESPITE their popularity in social media.
