  1. Yes, you can try reducing your carbs in “intensity” based team sports. Yes, really. No, you do NOT need to COMPLETELY forget that carbohydrates are necessary for your body to function properly.
  2. Individualized approaches in team sports are not just possible, but should be a necessary STANDARD across the board. Truly CARING about your players will require you to actually talk to them.
  3. Applying science requires good timing and the ability to understand the details. So it is not always “right”, but you SHOULD TRY to implement your own little experiments all the time.
