Promoting good movement quality BEFORE moving to pitch-specific rehab is essential for long-term success of any injury rehab. If you move too fast, especially with ACL injuries, you risk that the player lacks not only the receptors for knowing what the knee is doing, but also the coordination from other tissues.

All devices are in the end tools – whether you have a pool, and Alter G or neither. Make sure to use everything adequately and restore the players coordination, control and confidence progressively.
