  1. If you are STRUGGLING in the heat, it is highly likely that you have not prepared enough or accordingly for it.
  2. Pre-cooling techniques ALL have value and need to be juggled on the fly by people who have confidence in their picks.
  3. Some people LIKE working out in the heat, others don’t – and it shows, even at the physiological level in their testosterone!
  4. Female athletes need SPECIFIC strategies designed for them – in the case of HEAT. They often need a longer exposure (14 vs 7 days) or strategically placed extra PASSIVE heating before their active heat training sessions.
