When starting out to implement a feedback system in your team or organization, focus first on the positives – what have we done well in the last few days or weeks? Then from there you can build more as people get more comfortable with it.

We can learn A LOT from other industries around PSYCHOLOGICAL safety. Especially emergency, safety and military services (where OUTCOMES are LETHAL!). Have your feedback reflective with OPEN communication loops down to the T. And don’t forget to try it yourself!
