  1. Context, context, context. It is one of our favourite things to point out, but we have to keep doing this, especially with nutrition, and how it is a much “broader” topic with food culture around the world. Carbs, fats, proteins etc., make sure to experiment, do not go full blast on anything “just because”, and maybe start with some data on yourself.
  2. Steady and LOW intensity training != Zone 2! There are many types of “continuous” training you can utilize, at different submaximal intensity, which all have their benefits. If you are not sure, maybe check out Athletica!
