  1. Have a method of how you approach your practice – scientific method does not necessarily mean you have to follow up the data, but you can do your own experiments!
  2. Support and time are the hardest things to make something happen – if you have not that luxury, try to work as close as possible with the people around you to move little pieces, even if that is challenging.
  3. Work with EVERYONE that is involved with your athletes. Yes, that means you need to include the outside professionals as much as possible as “part of the team”.
