My career so far has allowed me to program and coach a mixture of athletic levels, from elite youth athletes to current Olympic, World and Commonwealth medallists over the last 20 years. During my time as a physical preparation coach I have gathered vocational experience working in Qatar, Hong Kong, Canada and the UK. I have led the sports science program for 2 world class Olympic field hockey programs, both of which have shown growth as a team and made considerable strides up the world ranking system. I am currently the Director of Performance Science for Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
